What Makes a Good Mother?

 I think maybe love of your child is the core of being a  good mother, but if your values and character are poor no matter how much you love the child, you still will be a poor mother as a child learns from what they see you do not what you tell them.  

Took these photos with my quick scanner...so they are not real good.  This was after Dad passed away.  Mom was showing us her new stove.  She was proud of it.  I had a good mother.
