Oct. 2005

In 1988, we bought this old Studebaker. We both love
Studebakers. It was a one owner and Renee Sims mother
from Dardanelle, AR was the only driver...it only had 30
thousand miles on the car....but Renee (male) had parked
it under a tree after his dear Mom died and let it sit there.
So when we got it the inside of the car was bad and the
floor panels were rusted out. We parked it under a shed
and kept it until 2003...well, in Oct. 2005, the new owners
came back to Galla Creek and showed us how SHE looked.
Wow! Larry was a little sad that he did not fix her up, but
I really was over joyed to see that the old car was back
like it came originally. Success is one step from failure.

Patsy, this car is your kind of ride! Standard shift and no air...simple 6 cylinder engine!

There's a special feeling that comes when something that once was broken or decayed is restored.

It's a bit like what you suggest we should all do with our souls in your next post, Sister.
