Bush Pile is a Memory!

Brush pile over that the meadow is a memory.
A rabbit ran out when I lit it but no snakes.
After the pile was gone, the rain came so
our potatoes and onions will grow!
I also worked cleaning the fence row,
but a lot is still to be done there.

You should have chased that rabbit like Patsy did!

I looked up the bio on J.C. Penney and he was really an impressive man. Probably why his business was so successful.

I loved your title "BUSH" pile a memory - please say it is true!

Better watch that burning. We have had several 'controlled' bruns up here lately that turned into out of control burns.

If you live in the country I guess you have to take care of the brush yourself. In the city, where I live, the city truck comes and hauls all the brush away. It's just as much work clearing everything, of course, but the bonfire celebration doesn't cap it off.

Galla Creek is country. Yes. Trash man is Mr. R's cousin. He is not going to pick up brush.

I like burning brush, cleaning fence rows, planting garden, sitting and watching it grow. I am country through and through!
