Visiting Neighbors

When I let my chickens out in the afternoon, they wonder around the yard and out in the horse pasture visiting their neighbors.  This week Astrid and I are getting a few chicks.  I chose a few Olive Eggers.  Most chickens start to lay at 6 to 7 months so it’ll be awhile before I gather olive colored eggs.
