June’s Full Moon

The Strawberry moon is full. This morning at 5:30 I could see it from the porch.  The Native Americans called it this because wild strawberries ripen under this moon.  The Cherokee called it the Green corn moon.

Sister Helen leaves tomorrow for Washington state.  She is traveling alone.  Traveling mercies for her.

That's odd. Our Missouri full moon took place June 3rd.

It's still pretty full though; I'm just fooling with you

We are too hazy with upper level smoke from the wildfires in Canada to see the moon. Your sister Helen is adventurous! :)
