Brothers-in-law

Between spring of 1971 and fall of 1972, three sisters
married. I was first, then Helen, and then Fleta. Here
are the guys we chose. This picture was about '75 I
think because Helen's daughter Kristina is in the photo.
What did these guys have in common? Well, they are all
pretty good mechanics.

Which one was yours?

There's nothing better, as far as I'm concerned, than a man who can fix anything. So I hope cars weren't their only fixing-interests.

That is Granny Gaddy standing behind Larry....we have a group picture taken with all of us in the yard...Mama and Granny are sitting in chairs...and Dillard was standing to the left side of the picture kind of away from the rest of us...This photo was taken the same Day..Granny, Mike, Krissi, and Larry all have on the same clothes...

Erin, I was not going to mention the smoking, but yes, all did smoke. Mike quit a long time ago. In March Larry will be quit 2 years. Poor George is still trying to quit.
Fleta, Helen, or I ever smoked. Don't think any of us ever wanted to. I surely never did.

Thanks Helen for pointing out Betty's husband. He is a tall and good looking red-headed man

Betty, that's another thing we have in common. My husband is red-headed too - AND he can fix anything.

P. S. Batty Betty - probably someone called you that once or twice. Seems like folks always seek out catchy, sing-song names for their friends and family.

Congratulations on your anniversary.
